Step 1: Read through the booking conditions on the Booking Information page and make sure that you understand them. Look over the menu categories on the website to make sure you have an overview of the symposium.
Step 2: Read through the self-assessment criteria ‘What Level Are You?‘ and decide which level best describes you. Feel free to ask us if you are unsure where to place yourself, or seek advice from a friend or coach who knows you.
Step 3: Look at the Activity Sessions that are on offer in Match, and decide which ones you’d like to attend. Consider your first and second choice for each attendance day.
Step 4: Look at the Accommodation Options, and think about where you will stay. The price of the event ticket does not include accommodation. We are happy to make further recommendations beyond our event location, Celtic Camping.
Step 5: Make sure to consult your doctor to ensure that you are in good enough health to participate in potentially strenuous water activities.
Please answer all questions to the best of your ability.
If you wish to pay by cheque and submit a printed booking form, write to us directly and we can assist you with these options.
Step 7: Read the confirmation e-mail and check for any errors on your event ticket. Contact us with any questions. Once we have a general idea of the classes participants wish to attend, we will allocate the right coaches and build the best schedule for everyone.
Step 8: After that, get out and keep active until we see you in February.
Contact us if you have any questions, queries or want more information about the event.
